We are excited to share with you a new program that Stewart Dental has instituted. We hope that you will enjoy working towards your reward for being such a good patient. This program is based on a point system. When you are fitted with brackets you will receive a T-shirt. At the bottom you will find what reward you will earn after 15 points.

• You will receive one point for every time you wear your Stewart Dental T-shirt to your appointment.
• You will receive one point when you get a good progress report, and if we forget to give you that progress report you get another point.
• You will receive two points if you refer someone to Stewart Dental. So tell all your friends. They can receive the neat T-shirts and prizes too!!!!

Once you earn a total of 15 points you will receive 2 tickets to the Cinemark movie theater. So let's get started!!!!!
